Jonathan, emperor of the apples. Its taste of acidity and its outstanding flavour substances make this type of apple to an excellent and unique ingredient for brandies.
Fresh, fragrant, fruity marks, mild spiciness characterize our palinka.
The taste of home-made cake baked by our grandmother comes to life in our mouth which returns us into days long past.

We recommend to serve it at a temperature between 18-20°C degrees.
