The wine region Kiskunság situated in the heart of Hungary is the homeland of the grape variety Sárfehér, the name of which means ‘Golden White Wine from the mud’. This is a popular Hungarian grape variety which is absolutely grown in and around Izsák where it is having its renaissance. Our Goldener Sárfehér pomace palinka is unique on the market. Its discreetly fruity (like quince and wild pear) and field flowery smell is incomparable. Our palinka is characterised by significant acidity besides its pleasant typical aromas.

We recommend to serve it between 18-20 °C degrees.
