Indeed: this fruit is called so: Gypsy sour cherry. This is a true classical raw material for palinkas in Hungary. Our elegant palinka owns fresh, characteristic, sweet-scented flavour. It tastes sour and fruity, in the background with the rich aroma of the marzipan. In character, it remains of a kind of chocolate called ‘Sour cherry in cognac’ and provides enchanting experience for the consumer.

We recommend to serve it between 18-20°C degrees.
