Our elderberry palinka is produced out of the berries of the selected breeding of elder which has a very modest liquid content compared with the other fruits. It is our most divisive product. After the first slip you can decide if you like it or if you will never taste it again in your life. It has a strong intensive scent, its taste has definitely acrid, strong features. Accordingly, it does not resemble the taste of the elder syrup which is made of elderflower. It is a real curiosum for the gourmets because of its unique features.

We recommend to serve it between 18-20°C degrees.
